1/ Cut the manouri cheese in pieces
2/Put the manouri in flour
3/ Then put in egg
4/ put the manouri in sesame and press it gently so the sesame cover the piece of manouri all over
5/ Deep frying at 180C until is gonna take nice colour and serve with sweet sour cherries or in Greek Glyko Koytalioy Vissino Like this:
